The Congress

Programme

The congress Future For All will take place despite Corona. We will meet on a mainly digital congress site. We host more than 200 workshops, 4 evening panel discussions and 13 panels on specific societal issues to address the urging questions for a just and ecological future for all of us. Contentwise the programme is aligned along 14 specific tracks (read more).

We are looking forward to seeing more than 250 speakers such as Natasha A. Kelly, Bini Adamczak, Nilüfer Koç (co-chair of the kurdish national congress), Uwe Meinhardt (board bember IG Metall für Grundsatzfragen und Gesellschaftspolitik), Alassane Dicko (afrique-europe interact, Mali), Lann Hornscheidt and Dagmar Paternoga (attac).
A diverse arts and culture programme adds up to the workshops and panels. And there will be many hubs for exchanging on your congress experiences and anything else you would like to talk about with fellow participants. Additionally we will organise several spaces where people can meet, who are more often subject to structural discrimination; e.g. BIPoC rooms.

We are happy to present our programme right here.

Participation – programme for all!?

The programme consists of a variety of different kinds of events. Some are free to all (who have internet connection), others have restricted access. On this website we will stream every morning keynote, all evening panels and all specific panels live.

Participation in workshops, networking events and open spaces requires registration (the registration is here).

Decentralised livestreaming and networking programme

Networking and practical application of the congress’ discussions are key to ensure that theory transfers into practice and the other way around. We will not let Corona take away the huge potential of collective experiences! Therefore we encourage you to look at the digitalisation of the congress as an opportunity. An opportunity to organise offline events in your area. Gather in your cities and villages, exchange on your workshops, discuss your ideas and develop them, apply them to your hood; or even host a livestreaming event with friends and neighbours.

The challenges of Corona politics are completely new to us. So we are forced to keep adjusting to what is possible and responsible and what governments might think it is. Hence, we keep developping ideas how to make a fruitful and inspiring congress for all participants possible. Networking is a fundamental element for a sound congress experience. That’s why we offer coordination and support for remote, decentralised livestreaming and discussion events on our homepage. We are happy to support you in bringing the congress to your neighbourhood or wherever you are. Do not hesitate to contact us!

[There will soon be a specific mail contact for this purpose. Until then you can just mail us.]
